Massage is an enjoyable procedure designed to help you relax or eliminate discomfort associated with pain in the back, lower back, or other body areas. Depending on the type of massage, some body areas may be more sensitive or painful than others due to accumulated tension or specific problems. The goal is to provide relief and promote relaxation, but it's essential to communicate with your therapist about your comfort levels during the session.

Can I drink alcohol before or after a massage?

Can I request adjustments to the pressure during my massage?

Yes, you can request adjustments to the pressure during your massage. Please inform your therapist if you feel the pressure is too light or firm. This may result in a difference in pricing. Choosing the correct type of massage when booking is essential to ensure your needs are met.

May I talk during the massage?

We prefer you remain quiet during the massage to relax and enjoy the experience fully. However, if you have something important to say about how you feel, such as needing a change in pressure or drawing attention to specific problems, please feel free to communicate this to your therapist. Additionally, maintaining silence helps the therapist concentrate and provide the best possible service without disruptions.

Can I extend my massage session during the appointment?

They will check if additional time is available and let you know if you can extend your session to 80, 90, or even 120 minutes. Please note that extensions are subject to the therapist's schedule and availability.

What if I fall asleep during my massage?

It’s pretty common and perfectly fine to fall asleep during a massage. It indicates that you are deeply relaxed. Your therapist will continue the session as planned, ensuring you get the full benefits of the massage.

What if I get ticklish during a massage?
