Conditions for ordering a massage voucher for the services offered at Padmalaya Massage Centre

Purchase a gift voucher from www.padmalaya.bg for services - massage, facials, aromatherapy and consultations provided at Padmalaya Massage Centre.

The user of www.padmalaya.bg purchases a gift voucher - MASSAGE from the website by filling out the order form on the Massage Gift Card page by:

1. Selecting one or more of the available beauty and massage services offered at Padmalaya Massage Centre through online ordering, which is done on the Gift Voucher page of the website.

2. Adding massage and beauty services to a Massage Voucher to be used by a person named in the Voucher with first and last name. 

3. Providing delivery details/selecting a delivery method;

4. Selecting the payment method; 5. Confirming the order.

The options for choosing the type of voucher are two:

1 - Physical voucher - In an envelope and ribbons, with a choice of card, which the User will receive in his chosen office of Econt or at the delivery address specified by him in the order form

2 - Electronic voucher in PDF format, which, after payment, will be sent to the email address specified by the User.

For a physical voucher in an envelope with ribbons and a card:

* Delivery to an Econt office or address, payment by cash on delivery

* Collection of the voucher from the studio with payment on the spot. If the delivery method via Econt is chosen, the voucher will be prepared and sent within 48 hours, in most cases, the same day. The voucher will be dispatched on weekends and public holidays the next working day. The user will receive a text message from Econt when they have selected the Econt office delivery option or a call from the courier on the day of delivery if they have selected delivery to an address.

For the Electronic Voucher in PDF format:

* Payment by card online via Borika's website and receipt of email address immediately /within 15-20 minutes/ after successful payment. The voucher is issued immediately and becomes active once the payment is completed.

* Payment by bank within 48 hours of order and delivery to email address immediately /within 15-20 minutes/ after order is placed. The voucher is issued and emailed immediately but becomes active in our system and can only be redeemed after payment. Please note that if payment is not received within 48 hours or two working days for orders from Bulgaria and within five working days for orders from abroad, the voucher will be canceled and cannot be used. You will be notified by email or contacted by phone using the details you provided in your order. The voucher user may not use the services selected in the voucher until we receive payment. You can send the payment document by email.

Pickup at the Studio:

When the Pickup at the Studio option is selected, the User specifies a convenient time for him to come and pick up the voucher personally with payment at the studio. Please note there is no POS machine, payment is only cash.

The purchase of the Gift Voucher is deemed to have been made at the moment the User goes through all the steps of the order from the Gift Voucher - Massage Order Page and receives his/her electronic order number - on the website of the order page and to the email address chosen by him/her.

All courier costs are the responsibility of the User.

If the User has not received the voucher he ordered, he should notify us by phone or email so we can check the order status and the voucher can be resent /in case of ordering an electronic voucher/ or if a physical voucher is requested - the delivery can be checked with the courier which we can do for you online.

The Supplier delivers the ordered Gift Voucher via Econt Courier Company.

1 - To the delivery office of Econt specified by the User or

2 - Address personal or office - The Supplier shall not be liable if the data specified by the User are false or misleading. If the User cannot be found at the address provided by the User in his order, the voucher will be delivered to the nearest Econt office. In case of an incorrect address, the courier will charge additionally for a second delivery attempt to the correct address this time. Usually, the courier delivers the parcels within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Changes to the address can be made by phone with the courier.

The voucher is valid for three months. The voucher user should make a reservation for the service specified in the voucher by phone or online through the contact page and the online booking system. When booking online, the user should indicate in the comment field that they will use a voucher.

A booking can be moved or canceled up to 4 hours before it is due to take place. If the voucher user does not show up on their reservation without giving notice by telephone within the time limit stated above, the voucher will be deemed to have been used, and a new booking can not be made with the same voucher. Any service specified in the voucher may be substituted with another of the same value or with additional payment if a service of a higher value or longer time is requested. Any further changes should be advised promptly by phone so that a specific therapist can be associated with the selected service, or sufficient additional time can be allowed.

I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. (1) These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relations between Padme Ltd. Sofia, ul. Nerazdelni 2, UIC 207289075, referred to as SUPPLIER, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS, on the website www.padmalaya.bg.

(2) Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Users of www.padmalaya.bg is a mandatory condition for ordering a Gift Voucher and its delivery.

(3) The SUPPLIER has the right to refuse delivery to USERS who have not accepted these Terms and Conditions.

(4) Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is done by ticking the box (checkbox) "I have read and accept these General Terms and Conditions" within the order procedure.

(5) A sales contract concluded via the Internet is a distance sales contract. It is concluded based on an offer made by the Supplier to each User of www.padmalaya.bg and is deemed to have been concluded from the moment the specific order is confirmed by www.padmalaya.bg.

III. CHARACTERISTICS

Art. 2. The Massage Gift Voucher order is available at the Internet address www.padmalaya.bg, through which Users are able to conclude contracts for the purchase and delivery of the products offered by Padmalaya Massage Centre, including the following:
- To make electronic representations in connection with the conclusion or performance of contracts with www.padmalaya.bg through the interface of its website accessible on the Internet;
- To enter into contracts for the purchase and delivery of Gift Vouchers - Massage, or more specifically, the massage and beauty services offered by Padmalaya Massage Centre, owned by Padme Ltd;
- To make any payments in relation to the contracts entered into with www.padmalaya.bg, in accordance with the payment methods supported;

Art. 3. The Provider shall deliver the requested services as a Massage Gift Voucher and guarantee the Users' rights provided by law, within the framework of good faith and the criteria and conditions accepted in practice, consumer or commercial law.

Art. 4. Purchase contract
(1) The Users shall conclude a contract of sale and purchase of the services offered by www.padmalaya.bg through the interface of the Provider accessible on its website at www.padmalaya.bg or any other means of distance communication.
(2) by the contract for the purchase of services concluded with the Users, the Provider undertakes to deliver the order placed by the User.
(3) The Users shall pay the Provider a remuneration in the amount of the price announced by the Provider at the address www.padmalaya.bg.
(4) The Supplier shall deliver the Voucher requested by the User for selected services to be availed at Padmalaya Massage Centre by a person nominated by the User within the terms and conditions specified at www.padmalaya.bg and by these Terms and Conditions.
(5) The delivery price shall be separately and expressly determined from the price of the services provided for ordering the Gift Voucher.
(6) The Supplier shall be entitled to change the prices unilaterally indicated on www.padmalaya.bg, such change shall be effective for orders placed after its announcement IV. ORDER

Art. 5. (1) In order to order a Gift Voucher for services to be used at the Padmalaya Massage Centre, Padmalaya, the Supplier shall provide a Gift Voucher to the Customer. Sofia, the User shall use the website www.padmalaya.bg to conclude contracts for the purchase of services.
(2) In order to order the selected services in the form of a gift voucher, the User shall enter his/her personal order data, namely first and last name, address, email and telephone number.
(3) By filling in his/her delivery details, the User declares that he/she is aware of these Terms and Conditions, agrees to their contents and undertakes to comply with them unconditionally.
(4) The Supplier confirms the order made by the User by sending a letter to the e-mail address indicated by the User.
(5) When placing an order, the User undertakes to provide correct and up-to-date data, updating them promptly in case of change. V. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR MAKING A PURCHASE

Art. 6. (1) The User shall make a purchase with the Supplier according to the following procedure:
- Visiting the Gift Voucher order page 
- Selecting one or more of the services offered and their duration, in order to form the Gift Voucher and add them to a list of services for purchase;
- Providing details to make the delivery;
- Choosing a payment method;
- Confirming the order.

Art. 7. (1) The Supplier undertakes to inform the User of any details or irregularities, electronically or by telephone call to the contact number provided by the User.
(2) The purchase is deemed to have been completed at the moment the User goes through all the steps of the shopping process from www.padmalaya.bg and receives his electronic order number.
(3) The Supplier sends information about the order to the User's e-mail address provided at the time of the purchase.
(4) The Supplier shall deliver the Gift Voucher to the address provided by the User and shall not be liable in the event that the data provided by the User is incorrect or misleading. VI. SPECIAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER. CONSUMER PROTECTION

Art. 8. (1) In order to ensure an informed choice when purchasing the services, the main characteristics of the services offered by the Supplier are defined in the Massages page of the website, as well as a detailed description of each service.
(2) The price of the services, including all taxes, is determined by the Provider.
(3) The cost of postage and shipping to receive the order is not included in the price of the Services and is provided as information to Users when selecting the Services to redeem the gift certificate and make a purchase;
(4) The payment method, delivery, and performance of the contract shall be set out in these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the information provided to the User on the Provider's website.
(5) The Supplier must indicate the delivery terms of the order placed on the website www.padmalaya.bg.
(6) Before finalizing the purchase, the Supplier shall indicate the total value of the order for all services or vouchers contained therein.

Art. 9.  Delivery and delivery prices
(1) For deliveries of physical vouchers within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, the User shall pay by cash on delivery to the Provider the price of the services and their delivery at the moment of their receipt. The delivery price is automatically formed in the courier's delivery note at the time of order completion. The delivery price is not included in the price of the services and is paid separately to the courier company + % for the cash on delivery service, determined by the courier. - The price for delivery within Bulgaria is within 6 BGN to the office of the courier Econt + 1.8 % of the value of the COD - these rates and prices are set by the courier company Econt and have no relation to the supplier. The exact value of the delivery and the percentage for the charge of the amount of the charge may vary with small deviations, given that the supplier uses a discount at the courier, and accordingly, these amounts may be different each month with a deviation of a few pennies. (2) When ordering a Voucher from abroad, prepayment of the selected services in the voucher is required by bank transfer or online by card in case an electronic voucher in PDF format with the option of receiving by email is selected.

Art. 10. (1) Pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order, the User has the right to cancel it if the services in the Voucher have not been used and no reservation has been made under it, and the costs and responsibility for returning the Voucher shall be at the User's expense. Cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail: hello@padmalaya.bg
The voucher must be returned with the envelope and ribbons as received, without damage to the appearance of the envelope, without glue having been used and without the ribbons having been creased, and if the Card option has been selected and the User has already inscribed it, it shall be paid to the supplier as it is deemed to have been used, with the transport costs being borne by the User.

IV. DATA PROTECTION

Art. 11. (1) The Supplier shall take measures to protect the User's personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
(2) For reasons of security of the Users' personal data, the Supplier will only send the data to the e-mail address that was indicated by the Users at the time of the order.
(3) The Supplier accepts and publishes on its website the Privacy Policy, available at https://www.padmalaya.bg/uslovia-za-polzvane/.
(4) For the receipt of commercial communications from the Supplier, where this option is available on the website, such as newsletters or offers of new services at Padmalaya Massage Centre, the User gives his/her further consent by ticking the box (checkbox) in the order form and further confirming it by e-mail,

Art. 12. (1) At any time, the Provider is entitled to require the User to identify himself and to certify the truth of any of the circumstances and personal data declared during the order. 

V. AMENDMENT AND ACCESS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art. 13. (1) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Supplier.
The Supplier publishes these General Terms and Conditions at www.padmalaya.bg together with all additions and amendments thereto.

VI. OTHER CONDITIONS

Art. 14. Users of the website may not perform acts that violate generally established rules of communication and communication, commit malicious acts, spread viruses and the like, violating or damaging the rights or interests of third parties.

Art. 15. These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Users of www.padmalaya.bg.
www.padmalaya.bg has the right to change the technology and design of the services provided without prior notice.
